This was also likely to be the case but as a Tasmanian by birth I am overjoyed by the news that Eric Abetz has finally lost his Senate seat. Also utterly unsurprised by the characteristically ungracious way he has responded.

@hugh important to note that Eric received five times more last (39th) place below-the-line votes than the candidate with the next most. Proud to have done my duty.
