I've done some whining in the last few days about the abominable state of many NSW local government and library websites, but I want to give a shout out to Tenterfield Shire, population 6,638 which has an excellent, attractive Shire website and very clear library website with all the basic info up front.
If Tenterfield can do it, nobody else has any excuse.

Me: "I just want you to put basic information about your services in a reasonable place on the website you already have"
Parkes Shire Library: "Ok but what if we ...linked from our website to a PDF called "FAQ's" [sic] hosted on Box.com?"
