I've also considered @darius's advice about #MastodonAdmin and I think he's right about keeping it tight, so we are now invite-only. You can invite anyone you like, and I'll accept anyone who's actually in Aus(tralasian) GLAM, but it keeps the community coherent and minimises my moderation duties.
