hey all, I'm working on figuring out logistics for the mastodon fork and I'm making lists of:

1. existing forks which already have features implemented (does your instance have non-standard features you like? let us know!)
2. outstanding feature requests on the upstream repo that need to be addressed
3. any minor changes you've made to your instance which are worth including (CSS changes, etc.)
